In 2025, Leckerling Law PLLC again successfully litigated and resolved multiple personal injury claims for its clients. The claims involved medical malpractice, defective products, and negligent drivers. Bill Leckerling again received an AV Preeminent attorney rating from Martindale-Hubbell, a Super Lawyer designation from Super Lawyers, and Best Lawyer and Best Law Firm recognition from Best Lawyers in 2025. Bill also remains board certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers (“College”). The College is an invitation-only Fellowship of exceptional trial lawyers from the United States and Canada who have demonstrated the very highest standards of trial advocacy, ethical conduct, integrity, and professionalism. Fellowship is limited to one percent of the total lawyer population of any state.
In 2025, Pam Pinard renewed her designation as an American Alliance Certified Paralegal. In 2026, she will celebrate 18 years of dedicated service supporting Bill’s practice and the firm’s clients. Pam is an active paralegal member of the Vermont Bar Association, a voting member of the Vermont Paralegal Organization, and a member of both the National Federation of Paralegal Associations and the National Association of Legal Assistants.
